Those look fastastic! I've got a maple soy marindate I use on salmon and love it, I can only imagine how good it would be on scallops.

Scallops are my absolute favorite seafood.

I am 66 years old and have been eating scallops for perhaps 60 of those years, and I have NEVER before seen photos as beautiful and inviting as yours.

Either you are one hell of a cook, one hell of a photographer, . . . or BOTH!

i usually am a minimalist when it comes to seared scallops ... nothing but olive oil and some seasoning. but this bourbon maple idea sounds really delish!

IMO a little too sweet and they didn't color up like yours. Will try to tweak the recipe.
