oh me. beans and cheese are a sensational combo, and here they are, all wrapped up in a lovely little hand-held package. i think i'm in love. :)
Yum. It's been awhile since I've made pupusas. I have a friend who is Salvadoran -- she makes bean and cheese pupusas with curtido, kind of like a tart slaw, on top. The combination of cool tart salad and hot rich pupusa is really delicious.
